What areas do I work best in?

While I trained at first as a general therapist, equiping me to work with a range of issues such a depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues and more I then undertook further training in trauma therapy and often work with childhood trauma, sexual trauma, birth trauma, domestic abuse, Complex PTSD and chronic illness.

I specialize in working with Neurodiverse clients offering creative techniques and an affirming environment that can allow for authenticity.

People I work with…

My client base and experience is diverse, I’ve worked with people of all ages and genders, from a multitude of cultural backgrounds.

At present I am only offering therapy to adults over the age of 18.

For child support I offer filial therapy consults for parents of children in need. After some time spent in the wonderful world of play therapy I see the huge benefits of working with the parents of children needing extra support, helping you support your child, rather than always working with the child directly.

As a facilitator I still work with adolescents and children in a group capacity.

What to expect?

Making the decision to come to therapy can feel daunting. The first step is to reach out for a chat to explore the “What”, “Who” and “How” that suits you best. It is important that you find the therapist and therapy that is right for you. I offer this chat free of charge.

If you decide you wold like to work together, clients have the freedom to choose to work online or in-person.

Rates are offered on a sliding scale, depending on your circumstances and what services you wish to avail of. It is important to me that my services are accessible.
